Restricted Items & Special Handling
Some materials cannot be accepted for safety or disposal reasons.
We cannot remove hazardous materials such as gasoline, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, fireworks, explosives, paints, stains, or other flammable liquids. We also cannot accept automotive or loose car batteries, firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, controlled substances, live animals, or perishable food items.
Very large or specialty items such as hot tubs, pool tables, pianos, large safes, or similar heavy items may still be removed if they are already dismantled or stripped down into manageable pieces. Our team does not provide dismantling services for these items.

Disposal Fee
Local landfill or disposal fees may be applied to your final total depending on the materials removed. These fees are set by the city and are passed through at cost.

Do you remove large or heavy items?
Yes. Furniture, appliances, and other bulky items can be removed as long as they are safe to handle and can be loaded by our team. Very large items such as hot tubs, pool tables, pianos, or large safes may require dismantling beforehand so they can be removed in manageable pieces.
Do I need to move items outside before pickup?
No. Our team removes items from where they are located, including inside homes, garages, basements, or offices. Please provide access details during booking so our team can plan the removal properly.
Do you recycle or donate items?
When possible, items are disposed of responsibly according to local disposal and recycling guidelines. Materials that can be recycled or diverted from landfill may be taken to appropriate recycling or processing facilities.
