Can you move large or heavy items into storage?

Yes. Furniture, appliances, and other bulky items can be moved as long as they are safe to handle and can be loaded by our team. Please include photos of large items during booking so we can recommend the appropriate truck and crew.

Do I need to provide access details for the storage facility?

Yes. During booking, please include any access details for both the pickup location and the storage facility. This may include stairs, elevator access, loading areas, or parking restrictions. Providing accurate access information helps us recommend the correct truck and crew for your storage move.

Are there any items that cannot be moved into storage?

Yes. Certain items cannot be transported due to safety or legal restrictions. These typically include hazardous materials such as gasoline, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, fireworks, explosives, paints, stains, or other flammable liquids. We also cannot transport firearms, ammunition, illegal drugs, controlled substances, live animals, perishable food items, cash, jewelry, or other high-value valuables. Extremely fragile or specialty items such as fine art or high-value antiques that require specialized crating may also be restricted, along with items that require professional disconnection or installation, such as gas appliances, unless they have been safely prepared in advance.
