We handle a wide range of Facebook Marketplace purchases, especially bulky items like couches, tables, dressers, shelving, beds/mattresses, appliances, patio furniture, and more. Upload a photo (or screenshot) during booking so we can recommend the right truck and crew. If an item is restricted, our system will flag it during checkout.

Common restricted items include: 

Hot tubs, jacuzzis, pool tables, pianos, organs, large safes, gun safes, and other extremely heavy specialty items, as well as hazardous materials such as gasoline, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, fireworks, and explosives. We also do not transport paints, stains, solvents, or other flammable liquids, especially if they are not properly sealed, along with loose car batteries or other hazardous batteries, firearms, ammunition, weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, live animals, perishable food items, cash, jewelry, or other high-value valuables. Extremely fragile one-of-a-kind items, such as fine art or high-value antiques that require specialized crating, may also be restricted, along with items that require professional disconnect or installation, such as gas appliances, unless they have been safely prepared in advance.

We recommend confirming the pickup time with the seller before booking. If there are delays at pickup, additional wait-time charges may apply.

All of our movers carry a minimum of $2 million in liability coverage. Our movers use straps, blankets, and secure loading practices to help reduce risk and protect your items during transport. If an issue does occur, we review each situation on a case-by-case basis and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.

Yes. Our team can carry items upstairs or place items inside your home where access allows. Please include stair or elevator details during booking, as these may affect work time and final cost. 

If our movers determine that a space is too tight, too small, or otherwise unsafe to navigate, they will advise you before proceeding. If you instruct the movers to continue despite those conditions, you do so at your own risk and acknowledge the applicable waivers and limitations of liability set out in our Terms of Service.

Yes. We can handle basic disassembly and reassembly for many common items, such as bed frames, tables, desks, and shelving units. During the booking process, you’ll see a toggle to select disassembly/reassembly for specific items. Please enable it if needed so we can plan accordingly and send the right crew.
