How is pricing calculated for a home move?
Pricing is based on the size of your move, truck requirements, crew size, travel time, and access details such as stairs or elevators. Because we generate your moving list through photos, we can more accurately assess your move before booking.
What is included in your home moving service?
Our home moving service includes loading, transportation, unloading, basic furniture disassembly and reassembly when required, and protective equipment to help safeguard your items during the move.
Do you handle multi-level and large residential home moves?
Yes. We support detached houses, townhomes, and multi-level residential properties. Our team is experienced handling stairs, large furniture, and full-home relocations.

How far in advance should I book my home move?
We recommend booking at least 5–7 days in advance to help ensure availability. End-of-month dates are typically busier, so booking earlier is always recommended.
What information should I include when booking my home move?
Before starting the booking process, walk through your home and take photos of the items you plan to move. During booking, include details such as building access, stairs or elevator availability, parking conditions, and anything else that may affect loading or unloading. The more accurate the information, the more accurate your estimate and crew recommendation will be.
Are there items movers cannot transport?
Yes. Some items cannot be moved due to safety, legal, or handling restrictions. Common restricted items include hazardous materials such as gasoline, fuel, propane tanks, chemicals, solvents, pesticides, fireworks, explosives, paints, stains, and other flammable liquids. We also cannot transport automotive batteries, firearms or ammunition, illegal drugs, controlled substances, live animals, perishable food items, cash, jewelry, or other high-value valuables.
Certain extremely heavy or specialty items such as hot tubs, pool tables, pianos, organs, large safes, or gun safes may also be restricted unless they are properly prepared for moving. Items that require professional disconnection or installation, such as gas appliances, must be safely disconnected before our movers arrive.
Extremely fragile or one-of-a-kind items, including fine art or valuable antiques that require specialized crating, may also fall outside standard moving services.
